Packing, packing, packing!

Packing for 8 people for 2 weeks in Ethiopia plus organizing bins and bins of donations is a little overwhelming!  (But I wouldn’t trade it for the WORLD!  It’s SO much better than Christmas shopping for people who have too much already!)
