R-E-F-E-R-R-A-L!!

Friday afternoon we received our referral phone call!

Siblings: 4 year old boy and 3 year old girl!

They are beautiful, and we are all in love!

01.07.10 - Mailed adoption application ($250.00)
01.27.10 - Accepted into Ethiopia Program
12.01.10 - Mailed agency agreements along with first payment ($1,125.00)
02.12.10 - Interview with agency doing "home study only"
02.26.10 - Mailed "home study" agency's application and "preliminary" application fee ($150.00)
03.01.10 - 3 copies each of marriage license and birth certificates ($75.00)
03.02.10 - MPD Police Records Check and fingerprinting fees ($70.00)
03.03.10 - DHR screening and fingerprint screening ($100.50)
03.12.10 - Hague Intercountry Adoption On-line Training Course ($175.00)
03.12.10 - Final application and home study documents turned in to "home study" agency ($250.00)

07.26.10 - Accepted referral ($9010.00) (Last 1/3 of international program fee for 2 children, transition home fees, post-adoption administration fee)
